Our Application Process

Our recruiting team reviews your application and resume. If your skills and experience align with the role, we'll reach out to schedule an initial conversation.

Initial Conversation

You'll have a call with a recruiter to discuss your background, experience, and what you're looking for in your next role. We'll also share more about OTS and answer any questions you have.

Technical Assessment

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a technical assessment or case study. This helps us understand your skills and approach to problem-solving.

Team Interviews

You'll meet with potential teammates and leaders to discuss your technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. We want to make sure it's a good match for both of us.

Decision & Offer

After all interviews are complete, we'll make a decision as quickly as possible. If we decide to move forward, we'll extend an offer and work with you through the onboarding process.
